In 2008, the founder Hugh Zhou founded Qilai from scratch, and embarked on the journey of entrepreneurship with the dream of exporting the best quality products to the world. At the beginning, the company only had a dozen employees, because I couldn’t afford to hire people, and I had to do a lot of things. In the first three years, I worked no less than 15 hours a day, and there were almost no weekends and holidays. All kinds of hardships and spiciness can only be experienced by myself. I would like to thank all the trials and tribulations I have experienced and the people I have met, allowing me to learn and grow rapidly in entrepreneurship.

The company's values generally come from the founder's values. A third-party corporate training organization has done a survey on my values within the company. The questionnaire shows that 3 points are the most evaluated on me: integrity, humility, and positive energy. The most evaluations from customers are trustworthy and reliability. I think this is why integrity is the core value of Qilai. I know that the development of an enterprise is inseparable from learning. Since its establishment, I have never stopped taking various learning courses on enterprise operation and development, and I have also taken our management team to learn together.

At present, the company has grown to more than 200 employees and many management. Apart from the original intention, now I have a major responsibility that makes me feel pressured and motivated. This responsibility includes employees, customers, and suppliers of Qilai.
